This masala chai is a full-bodied, medium caffeine tea with all the spice mixed in. Steep like a regular tea then add milk and sugar for a delicious drink, great for a sweet breakfast treat or washing down a plate of lamb vindaloo.
Steeping: 1 heaping tsp per 8 OZ of water (200 F). Steep 5-10 minutes. Add milk and sugar to taste.
